The 8th annual Orie’s Garlic Fest is Sunday, September 7, 2025 from 11am to 3pm — rain or shine! This event is located in Wichita, Kansas in the historic Old Town district at Old Town Plaza & Public At The Brickyard.
Are you looking for a fun, unique, and delicious event to showcase your small business and the products your have to offer? Are you wanting to be a part of a highly anticipated annual festival that garners attention from thousands of attendees? Orie’s Garlic Fest might be just the ticket!
Applying to become a vendor is a three part process:
Thoroughly read over the Vendor Rules & Regulations
Proceed to the Vendor Applications Page (linked at the bottom of the Rules & Regulations) and read that information to determine which application suites your business
Fill out the appropriate Vendor Application in its entirety
We can’t wait to get to know you and your small business, as well as the unique products you have to offer!
Benefits of Being a Vendor at Orie’s Garlic Fest
A dedicated stall space at the event
A built-in audience of thousands of attendees eager to support local businesses and shop all things garlic
An option to market your business online by creating your own unique post (with photos) to share within our Facebook event discussion, which typically has thousands of RSVPS (2024’s event saw more than 6K). Vendors will be prompted via email to begin sharing their business spotlights as the event nears. Event management has final posting power and reserves the right to approve or decline these posts at their discretion
Re-shares of any posts on Instagram to either our Orie’s Garlic Fest account stories or regular feed posts (we must be tagged in order to re-share). Again, event management has final posting power and reserves the right to re-share these posts at their discretion
Clear email communications regarding all aspects of event planning — including periodic updates and reminders, thorough set-up and tear-down instructions, and a branded share-worthy event map
