Rules & Regulations for Vendors
APPLICATION & APPROVAL
All vendor applications are subject to approval by Orie’s Garlic Fest. Our aim is to carefully curate a top notch, local-focused selection of companies including food vendors (this encompasses value added products, prepared food, food trucks, and restaurants), farmers, ranchers, and artisans. Applications are reviewed regularly, so you should receive a response within a few days of submitting yours.
Please take the time to answer all fields pertaining to your business as thoroughly and accurately as possible. In some instances requiring clarification, we may email you with additional questions or concerns that will supplement your original application. If this need arises, we reserve the right to delay approving or denying your application pending a response from you. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance - event management reserves the right to approve or deny applications at their discretion. If your application is approved, you’ll receive a “You’re In” email along with a booth payment form. Booth fees must be paid promptly to hold your spot and are non-refundable.
By submitting an application and paying the booth fee, applicants/vendors agree to the terms set forth within the Vendor Application and these Rules & Regulations. No refunds will be issued should the applicant/vendor choose to cancel their involvement. Orie’s Garlic Fest is a rain or shine event. The application deadline is August 27, 2024.
